Save the date: 4th September!!

It’s official, ladies and gents! Loof, World Vision, and I are proud to present to you The Desert Party @ Loof!

Do come and join us. 15% of bar sales before 11pm will get donated to World Vision’s VisionFund. There will be a huge range of both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks plus food PLUS a view of our new skyline. There’ll also be goodie bags with, among other things, something that’s too cute for words.

You can also try to spot your own pair of shoes in the photo collage resulting from the Have Legs, Will Run Lucky Draw – click here for details to enter the draw (contest closed). We’re announcing the winners of the draw that night as well so if you’re there you can pick up the prize on the spot. Not to mention that this will be a great chance to find out more about World Vision and how the money raised on this special night will benefit those in Mongolia as part of VisionFund Mongolia, the NGO I’m running 250km for.

And if that’s not enough, we’re raffling off a special prize that is bound to make someone very, very happy. We’re not done yet –  there’s also going to be a runners’ exhibition so turn up for some running inspiration! A big thank you to all those who have submitted so far. All this is to say: I’m REALLY excited about this evening. Prizes and goodie bags aside, this will be a great way to have a good time with new/ old friends AND make a difference to the lives of those in need by simply… drinking and eating. You seriously never had a better excuse to gorge and be merry :)
