The Library on the Ceiling

[Prague, Czech Republic]

While in Prague, we made it a point to catch a concert every night. It was under this canopy of artistic mastery that we heard songs from Les Misérables and the lot sung in Czech. Painted on the dome of the concert hall, this mural of a library is so intricate you’d want to jump right in and pull out a book or perhaps have a go at spinning the globe– the curved shape of the dome just draws you into the whole scene all the more. If I could bring one thing back from Prague, it would be this mural, dome and all.
